Permanent Capital Division

Our permanent capital division purchases existing operating businesses with great reputations in the community and a strong track record of recurring revenue.

Typically, sellers of these businesses are no longer interested in the day to day stresses the business creates and wish to take a step down or exit completely. Often times, they are excited to see where the business goes after a strategy refresh and a little cash infusion.

We implement our “Integration Triangle” updating People, Process and Technology programs throughout these companies. We find the right bolt-on opportunities to expand the customer base. We utilize Legacy Companies shared resource platform to optimize department efficiency and lastly- we mobilize our teams using the entrepreneurial operating system, “Scaling Up”.

Our private equity division invests in companies with good reputations in the community and sound business models but has ownership who is ready for a new path. Typically these owners want their businesses, which they worked hard to create, to benefit from upgraded infrastructure and strategy so they may continue to thrive.
